Titanium Brake Caliper Bolts - drilled

Grade 5 (Ti6Al4V) Titanium bolts. These are aerospace grade, but we have managed to get them directly from the manufacturer minus the Civil Aviation Authority import paperwork, so are not legally able to be used in the aircraft industry although they are the same bolts our manufacturer supplies for that.

These are about 55% the weight of the equivalent fitment steel bolts, are stronger and do not rust. Heads are bowled to reduce even more weight. These bolts were manufactured especially to order for us to our requirements for motorcycle race spec brake caliper use. They are pre drilled for lock wiring.

Price is for one (single bolt) in the 35mm sizing. The longer radial caliper ones in the 60mm or 70mm length are $10

12mm socket head

The shaft/thread ratio has been manufactured to allow the best alignment between caliper and fork leg. Many bolts on the market have an overly long thread area which can cause movement of the caliper or damage to the bolt.

The 60mm and 70mm lengths fit nearly all the modern radial brake calipers including Ducati fitments. The 35mm ones are pretty standard for most of the side mount calipers including most rear brake calipers. You can either just remove one of your bolts to check the length of the shaft from the bottom of the head to the end of the bolt, or just let us know what fitment you need them for and we can tell you what sizing you will require.

We also have standard side mount caliper bolts listed. If you require any other particular sizes just ask. Our manufacturer can make us almost anything, but we do have a minimum order quantity so will just have to consider if we can justify any rare orders.
